<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>About the Company<p><br></p>Petroleum Development Oman is the leading exploration and production company in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company delivers the majority of the country’s crude oil production and natural gas supply.<p><br></p>Purpose of the Job<p><br></p>To deliver control and automation activities in alignment with project delivery business plan.<p><br></p>Education &amp; Experience<p><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Control and Automation or related Engineering degrees.</li><li>Minimum 4 years in oil &amp; gas Experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Build and maintain goal zero HSE culture within the team.</li><li>Comply to PDO standards in execution of business activities.</li><li>Capture and apply internal and external learnings, including HSE improvements.</li><li>Conduct assurance activities on projects to ensure compliance to HSE and technical integrity. </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and seek optimizations opportunities. </li><li>Support digitization initiatives to improve project execution and delivery. </li><li>Provide effective interfaces and relationships within/between disciplines, and peers in other teams.</li><li>Support the training , coaching , and mentoring of graduate engineers. </li><li>Ensure actions for major audits are timely and properly closed. </li><li>Assist construction lead in project execution activities.</li><li>Support resolve projects technical issues throughout construction, commissioning and start-up.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Other Job Details
