<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><ul><li>This position requires the Instructor Pilot to take responsibility for the development and delivery of training objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Training Manager).</li><li>The C295 Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivery flights training support in flight and on ground.</li><li>The instructor Pilot also will delivery continuous training for GSAC pilots, in ground school sessions and Flight sessions.</li><li>The IP is responsible to prepare and delivery to the customer safety presentations and general knowledge about safety rules, navigation, aircraft procedures and systems.</li><li>Hold an EASA flight license.</li><li>Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.</li><li>Have Operational experience in C295.</li><li>Have evidence of previous employment as an instructor pilot.</li><li>Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.</li><li>Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.</li><li>Additional certification in training (e.g. Type Rating Instructor) is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.</li><li>Have a detailed understanding and proven track record of the application of the Systematic Approach to Training and how it is used to develop training programs within aircraft maintenance facilities.</li><li>Internal flight training support</li><li>Skill matrix // development plan support</li><li>IP training development</li><li>Complete internal training to meet ASL needs</li><li>Customer PoC for Fly Safety Subjects<br><br></li></ul>This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companyโ€™s success, reputation and sustainable growth.<br><br><strong><u>Company<br><br></u></strong>Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited<br><br><strong><u>Contract Type<br><br></u></strong>Fixed term<br><br><strong><u>Experience Level<br><br></u></strong>Professional<br><br><strong><u>Job Family<br><br></u></strong>Training support &amp; services<br><br>By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
