<strong><u>Description<br><br></u></strong>Leidos is a FORTUNE 500 company bringing a mix of innovative technology and sector expertise to customers in the national security, engineering, and the health industries.<br><br>Leidos is seeking a C-130 Quality Control Technician with knowledge of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) C-130 airframe and installed system. The C-130 Quality Control Technicians will be part of the Contractor Engineering and Technical Support team in support of a U.S. Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a one-year assignment with option to renew. Assignment location may be one of seven locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia per the Performance Work Statement. We are expecting award in July 2023.<br><br><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Provide senior-level quality assurance and quality control management subject matter expertise</li><li>Ensure compliance with all aviation safety and security procedures related to RSAF aircraft maintenance</li><li>Review of technical data and other pertinent maintenance publications for accuracy, applicability, content, and recommend changes.</li><li>Perform historical trend analysis to determine root cause of the most serious and prevalent issues to prevent repetition.</li><li>Research information from Technical Order and Publications</li><li>Render safe procedure and disposal procedures</li><li>Correspondence with internal and external organizations as directed to support and accomplish safety requirements</li><li>Preparation of HQ level staff reports and professional correspondence.</li><li>Detach and track Maintenance Deficiency</li><li>Train RSAF personnel (OJT)<br></li></ul><strong><u>Required Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ experience; 4 additional years of related experience with proper certifications will be acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Ten (10) years’ experience in Quality Control.</li><li>At least five (5) years’ experience equivalent to RSAF seven (7) skill level.</li><li>Knowledge of Safety procedures</li><li>Knowledgeable in Maintenance Forms</li><li>Excellent oral and writing skills<br></li></ul><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Experience in RSAF work environment and on RSAF systems preferred.</li><li>Able to demonstrate past examples of cultural adaptability and ability to establish a trusted professional relationship with an international customer.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Pay Range<br><br></u></strong>Pay Range $105,300.00 – $162,000.00 – $218,700.00<br><br>The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
