Job Description

Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity<br><br>Ensure that purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off of defined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also may include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Purchasing execution – Tactical creation of purchase orders based on planner’s demand forecast and requisitions.</li><li>Places purchase orders with approved suppliers per appropriate agreements.</li><li>Invoice discrepancies – Immediately resolves all issues relating to invoices on hold.</li><li>Conducts negotiations of purchase value and terms on spot buys, site unique suppliers and/or commodities not currently covered under existing agreements.</li><li>Manages purchasing system alerts (e.g., invoice, quantity, etc.).</li><li>Work on the improvement of the supplier Performance and Other KPY’s (OTTR, PO Health ….)</li><li>Acts as liaison between factory operations, suppliers, and sourcing organization.</li><li>Submits and continually updates forecasts provided by production planners.</li><li>Processes Engineering Change Requests.</li><li>Complies with all approved sourcing processes and policies.</li><li>Works with the Regional Purchasing Manager to drive continuous improvement activities and best practices across the tactical team to achieve daily efficiency improvements and achieving ISC metrics.</li><li>Stays up to date in systems and technology capabilities and support the deployment of system improvements.</li><li>Supports NPI initiatives in collaboration with engineering and sourcing.</li><li>Prepares some Procurement Reports </li><li>Leads some Procurement Projects</li><li>Prepares and Handle Negotiations with Suppliers </li><li>Handles the training of new buyers coming to the team </li><li>Extensive experience within procurement &amp; buying. </li><li>Extensive experience using SAP, and Excel</li><li>Communication and Interpersonal – crisp verbal skills for velocity plus effective listening skills; effective facilitation and presentation skills; demonstrates high energy and models behavior.</li><li>Understanding of product life cycle</li><li>Understanding of industrial, or manufacturing industry segments<br></li></ul>WE VALUE<br><ul><li>Knowledge of purchasing systems</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team player</li><li>Good organizational – ability to prioritize and do problem solving</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement</li><li>Fluent in English and can converse in French</li><li>Planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experience</li><li>Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing<br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><ul><li>JOB ID: HRD904310</li><li>Category: Procurement</li><li>Location: ZI de Dar Chaabane El Fehri, Route de Beni Khiar,Nabeul,NABEUL,8011,Tunisia</li><li>Exempt</li></ul><li></li> Global (ALL)
