Job Description

·         To ensure a proper coverage and supervision of the butler service at all times.

·         To ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth run of the butler operations and to prepare requisitions accordingly.

·         To ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance through each ambassador’s responsibility.

·         To use the proper telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.

·         To assist and to coordinate the daily activity with the Club Millesime Lounge Supervisor and to replace him/her whenever needed.

·         To be most of the time in the guest area to have contact with the guests and to socialize, playing a Public Relations role.

·         To ensure that all Club Millesime guests enjoy their stay and receive the finest personal service.

·         To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.

·         To double check details of all Club Millesime reservations 24 hours prior to arrival and to follow every aspect.

·         To summarize the “Your butler is expecting you” forms and to prepare the ones not completed yet.

·         To personally coordinate the Club Millesime guest arrivals (room block, room inspection, amenities, guest preferences) & welcome drinks and to assign rooms for each butler.

·         To personally coordinate the Club Millesime guests departure (express check-out, packing needs) and to ensure that transportation and other travel requirements are professionally handled, to personally give Club Millesime VIP guests farewell, escorting them to the hotel door.

·         To ensure that each Club Millesime room is checked after the guest’s departure and the “Lost & Found” procedure is respected.

·         To be fully aware of VIPs in house, to recognize them upon arrival and keep a good trace of them.

·         To ensure that the Senior Management is aware of all Club Millesime VIP arrivals.

·         To have a perfect knowledge of guest’s preferences.

·         To ensure that all preferences and requests are well responded with every visit.
