<p><strong><em>Work Location: Kuwait</em></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Directing and managing the beauty perfumes Business Unit. This includes, building, coordinating, and executing the annual sales plan and target.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring full implementation of company’s sales standards, sales technique, sales methodologies, and sales plans always.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing business unit business plan and budget for the perfumes department as per the company’s sale direction, commercial direction, business, and operational needs, in coordination with the general manager.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participating in strategic sales guidelines, sales development, sales plans and communicating input to sales and commercial functions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing the sales team in different perfume stores they are located in.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring productive sales flow in different stores.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Internal communication in different business units to achieve business needs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participating and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of sales functions, in coordination with company’s direction, business, operational and with the general manager.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring efficient sales collections, receivables and directing improvement actions in alignment with best practices and in coordination with all functions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring meeting high customer service, customer relationship management, high sales process standards and effective after-sales services.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitoring trends in the marketplace, including the competitions and validating actions plans for improvement.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing ongoing performance management support and conducting timely formal performance appraisals for direct reports; to train all sales team accordingly</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supervises the performance and daily operations of the team.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><strong><em>Work Location: Kuwait</em></strong></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related field.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in perfumes and cosmetics.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 5 years experience.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managerial skills</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Problem solving skills</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Office.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Persuasive and resilient.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong negotiation skills.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizational skills.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective communication skills.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional customer service skills.</span></p>
