Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office as well as supporting all managers and directors within the department.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Supervise and train office staff, setting and monitoring performance goals
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment
  • Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers
  • Ensure all office procedures are compliant with company policies and regulations
  • Oversee budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Raise all purchase requisitions as well as provide follow ups for the entire department
  • Other duties as assigned
