<p>Job Title: Business Support Coordinator/ Secretary</p><p>Location: Abu Dhabi</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Oxford Legal Translation is a leading legal translation office in Abu Dhabi established in 1986, specializing in delivering high-quality legal translation services to our clients. We are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our team to coordinate with clients and translators to ensure timely delivery of our services.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and translators to deliver high-quality legal translation services in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage client accounts and maintain client relationships to ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Create a summary of sales and share it with the management on a daily basis.</li><li>Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.</li><li>File and organize documents to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of information.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and services provided.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations to highlight key metrics and performance indicators.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.</li><li>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal or translation industry.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Spoken Arabic will be a bonus.</li></ul>
