<p>Job Title: Dealer – Support Desk</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a skilled Dealer to join our Support Desk team at APM Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing risks, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and performing other desk activities. Additionally, the candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients and our financial counterparties.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>- Assist with various aspects of the trading process, including but not limited to execution, risk management, daily operations, and overall desk activities.</p><p>- Communicate directly with clients and financial counterparties to provide updates on orders and trades.</p><p>- Ensure orders and trades are properly entered, and confirmations are communicated to clients.</p><p>- Monitor the MT5 manager to ensure correct pricing and supervise and monitor trades on CFD and futures and options platforms.</p><p>- Report on news that occurs throughout the day and writes market recap reports, including economic news updates and main economic events of the day.</p><p>- Check expiries, dividends, and holidays and confirm them with traders and clients.</p><p>- Respond to messages on both email and Teams.</p><p>- Take offline trades, if necessary, and place them directly onto global exchanges.</p><p>- Update swaps on MT5.</p><p>- Prepare trade files for trades taken during the shift to be sent to the back office.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.</p><p>- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial brokerage, trading, or a related field.</p><p>- Strong knowledge of trading processes, risk management, and market analysis.</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p><p>- Knowledge of MT5 trading platform is a plus.</p><p>- CFA Level 1 certification would be an added bonus.</p><p><br></p>
