Activities</strong><p><br></p>Strategy and Concept Development<p><br></p>Support in the development of innovative and tailored operating models, distribution strategies and related activities for to enable NHD to become a future hotel operator<p><br></p>Support in the development of the incorporation business case for NHD<p><br></p>Continuous assessment of the operating model and distribution strategy (once both implemented) on a holistic basis through the evaluation of multiple scenarios and the development of use cases<p><br></p>Creation of product and service concepts and strategies for hospitality, and related developments in NEOM and The Line<p><br></p>Creation and refinement of the branded residence strategy for NEOM, by working in collaboration with relevant residential and tourism teams, as well as external consultants<p><br></p>Asset Management support<p><br></p>Supports the establishment of a future focused asset management function based on data and data projections<p><br></p>Assists in establishing the strategy and implementation plan that will enable the creation of a state-of-the-art asset management function<p><br></p>Researches other industries for inspiration and inclusion into the asset management methodology<p><br></p>Financial Analysis and Modeling<p><br></p>Comprehensive and sophisticated financial modeling exercises related to the operating model, NHD business cases, hospitality concepts and strategies<p><br></p>Enhancement and/or adjustments to existing financial modeling tools<p><br></p>Development of other finance or math related models for internal use<p><br></p>Collaboration with respective departments in NEOM for more sophisticated financial models and studies, such as Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance or Investments<p><br></p>Research and Analysis<p><br></p>Market research to identify industry trends and best practices<p><br></p>Market research that supports the development of strategies and concepts such as branded residences or operating models<p><br></p>Analysis and insight creation of market research findings<p><br></p>Presentation of insights to the wider team for learning and development purposes, as applicable (NHD or NEOM wide)<p><br></p>Planning and Project Management<p><br></p>Planning of hotel development projects by defining and reviewing project scope, objectives and budgets<p><br></p>Coordination (with external consultants) to ensure project alignment and successful execution<p><br></p>Monitoring of project progress and reporting of any deviations from the scope or budget to senior management<p><br></p>Stakeholder Management and Communication<p><br></p>Effective communication with all team members, stakeholders, and external consultants<p><br></p>Active participation in regular department meetings and project update sessions<p><br></p>Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed concepts and strategies fit to the overall NEOM strategy<p><br></p>Presentation of research findings and strategy or concept recommendations to senior management through engaging and professional presentation tools and techniques<p><br></p>Representation of NEOM to the external environment during events and exhibitions, as applicable<p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge, Skills and Experience </strong><p><br></p>Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel development<p><br></p>Expertise in research methodologies and financial analysis<p><br></p>Strong communication and presentation skills<p><br></p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities<p><br></p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<p><br></p>Excellent research and analytical skills<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor in business management related studies<p><br></p>And/or<p><br></p>Experience in a management role related to Hospitality (Development)<p><br></p><strong> COMMUNICATION – MAIN STAKEHOLDERS </strong><p><br></p><strong> Internal </strong><p><br></p><strong> External </strong><p><br></p>Regional Proponents<p><br></p>Head of Hotel Development<p><br></p>Internal team within NEOM Hotel Development<p><br></p>Sector representatives from sectors such as Residential, Tourism, Finance, and other<p><br></p>Advisors and Consultants to the department (SMP’s and project managers)<p><br></p>Potential partners and investors
