S/He handles on-site training, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li> Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements; </li><li> Provide business consultancy based on best practices to customers; </li><li> Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects; </li><li> Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients; </li><li> Define the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines; </li><li> Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization; </li><li> Drive implementation activities of data migration and training; </li><li> Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly; </li><li> Provide project updates to the team and management; </li><li> Communicate project deliverables with the customers on a regular basis; </li><li> Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application; </li><li> Contribute to on-site user training; </li><li> Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems; </li><li> Minimum 2 years of relevant experience </li><li> Customer centric </li><li> Agile </li><li> Accountable </li><li> Result driven </li><li> Teamwork and collaboration </li><li> Communicate effectively </li><li> Problem solving and decision making </li><li> Planning and organizing</li></ul>
