This position offers an attractive commission-based compensation structure, rewarding your success in establishing and nurturing valuable collaborations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Client Identification: Identify potential clients who require staffing and executive search services to identify and onboard premium talent.</li><li>Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage your extensive network of connections within Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups to establish credible relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.</li><li>Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end process of partnership agreements, from initial contact to successful deal closure, ensuring that all agreements are executed efficiently</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for consultants and B2B sales/business development professionals who already have a strong B2B network that they can leverage to identify and capitalize on staffing and executive search opportunites.
