Job Description
<ul><li>Implements the Global Business Area and Divisions strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility. Provides input to Global Business Area and Divisions.</li><li>Ensures achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of<br />improvement actions as needed. Delivers operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score (NPS). May have oversight of Local Business Areas in other countries</li><li>Leads and manages the production units as allocated by the Business Area and implements local plans to achieve targets. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Areas/Divisions strategy.</li><li>Strategize, Lead, Drive and Oversees all marketing and sales activities within the local unit and allocated markets. Cross-boarders collaboration with <strong>Motion Business Area</strong> different stakeholders and all of our divisions to ensure MO is well positioned for sales profitable growth</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 12-14 years of experience with proven track record in leadership positions with P&L responsibility. Strategic planning and execution capacity to drive business growth</li><li>Strong background in service business and ability to lead service operations</li></ul>
