If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in.</strong><p><br></p><strong>About The Role:</strong><p><br></p>As a <strong>Business Development Supervisor, Telecom </strong>you will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for Dsquares. Developing, coordinating and implementing plans designed to increase existing businesses and capture new opportunities, both locally and internationally and specifically within Africa and GCC regions. This role is will define the strategic direction of the sector and work closely with the KSA Partner and UAE BD Director, who will assist in facilitating leads in respective international locations. This role will also work closely with Commercial Directors and Presales Analysts to define the client journey and create the proposals and pricing models. This role will have accountability in defining the client brief and translating it into a value proposition.<p><br></p><u><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities</strong>:</u><p><br></p><ul><li>Develops industry penetration strategy and identifies gaps and opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for implementing the Quarterly BD pipeline plan, for both local and International clients. </li><li>Initiates client leads in both local and International Markets, except in KSA, where the country Partner holds this accountability. </li><li>Works with Solution Design Team to facilitate the best client value proposition.</li><li>Contacts potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.</li><li>Aligns with his/her support teams to facilitate client attainment and satisfaction. </li><li>Follow-ups on new business opportunities to facilitate closure of deal.</li><li>Gives feedback on the development of proposal.</li><li>Closes deals with target clients to facilitate achievement set KPIs.</li><li>Supports Presales/Research Executive in planning and preparing presentations for specific targeted clients.</li><li>Studies target Industry reports for target accounts prior to approaching clients.</li><li>Works with all internal stakeholders to facilitate the creation of the final client proposal. (legal, finance, service delivery, partnerships, etc).</li></ul>
