Business Development Specialist: Studying Abroad Program

 

IGE for Educational Services is a holding company for three subsidiaries which are The IG Club, The IG School and Mapout. The IG Club is one of the top organizations serving the community of British curriculum school students and parents in Egypt, providing them with academic advising, counseling, and a plethora of extracurricular activities that help students develop important skills.

Objective 

The IG Club is looking to have a key player to join the team as a Business Development Specialist. Business Development Specialist helps the company in boosting the business growth, through boosting the leads generation process which includes increasing leads streams and the efficiency of the process of student enrolment in international partners. 

Job Description:

·        Developing client (International Higher Education Institutes) relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.

·        Establish new partnerships that generate more leads.

·        Executing customer satisfaction surveys by phone, email, and meetings to ensure the standardized quality is reflected through agents.

·        Ability to maintain strong client relationships (students undergraduate and postgraduate, parents in undergraduate).

·        Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth

·        Assessing and advising on a potential joint.

·        Identifying new potential clients by researching and creating networking opportunities

·        Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior

·        Following on existing streamlines of business and working on increasing their efficiency.

·        Organize events and conferences in coordination with the marketing department

·        assist in maintaining a good relationship with partner international H.E. Institutes

·        Ensuring that the targeted quality of service is provided by executing QA measures set by the management 

·        Producing regular reports generated from CRM data to understand the position of the company from targets. 

·        Meeting regular enrollment targets through generating leads, following up and maintaining the enrollment process till its end.

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree 

·        2 years of experience in business development or a similar position.

QUALIFICATIONs AND SKILLS 

·        MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

·        Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills (both Arabic and English), with good experience in content writing.

·        Highly creative and self-motivated. 

·        Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good organizational ability.

·        Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·        Ability to quickly learn new technology and anticipate new trends.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
