It’s what you’d expect from the most sustainable paints company, which has been inventing the future for more than two centuries.<p><br></p><strong>Job Purpose</strong><p><br></p>The incumbent will be responsible for Business Development and marketing communications activities.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>CRM champion for North Africa.</li><li>Responsible for CRM training for the sales team and customer service in North Africa. </li><li>Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.</li><li>Direct contact with the Bu to get the new Business and products in the different segments.</li><li>Prepare the Full package which is essential for the product launch (Prices, samples, panels, …etc)</li><li>Pushing value Products to get 3,000,000 € Worthing business.</li><li>Manage and follow up with North Africa sales team the Digital leads.</li><li>Helping Commercial Excellence Analyst &amp; the Sales analyst in the updating of the products policy.</li><li>Support sales and marketing Manager to achieve the target and follow the strategies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in profitable sales.</li><li>Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.</li><li>Coordinates marketing communication activities with different sorts of suppliers and service providers (print houses, advertising agencies, …etc).</li><li>Periodical reporting of progress of projects, market researches, and other department activities.</li><li>Manages an updated and complete marketing literature/material library, and supplies needs to sales team locally and regionally.</li><li>Coordinates organization/participation at relevant exhibitions, symposium and events.</li><li>Liaises with AkzoNobel branding centre in UK and ensures compliance to AN branding guidelines and fulfilment of global communication projects locally. </li><li>Complies with QHSE policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University degree</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li><li>Prior SAP experience is advantageous</li><li>Creative minded</li><li>Leadership skills</li></ul><p><br></p>At AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
