<p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our international team as a Business Development Executive to help transform lives through innovative teaching solutions and technology.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced services;</li><li>Detect new markets and market needs to grow business and sales</li><li>Conduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness;</li><li>Oversee all strategic projects, identify room for improvement and system enhancements;</li><li>Ensure proper planning of future developmental projects in alignment with the company strategy;</li><li>Prepare presentations on new projects and business development opportunities;</li><li>Coordinate the progress of different projects under study with internal and external stakeholders;</li><li>Anticipate market evolutions and competitors’ activities and suggest solutions based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and viability of business partners;</li><li>Ensure that all financial performances are in correlation with the yearly budget and in alignment with the strategic business goals;</li><li>Prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projects;</li><li>Identify, initiate and develop contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients generating revenues and attracting partnerships;</li><li>Draft agreements/business plans with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of proven experience and success in a business development role</li><li>Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills is a must with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams</li><li>Proven records in achieving &amp; over achieving sales targets</li><li>Knowledge of Digital and New Media</li><li>Experience in the HubSpot industry is plus</li><li>Fluency in English is a must</li><li>Resourceful, creative and highly self-motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver engaging presentations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>Competitive salary &amp; package</p><p>Location: Onsite – Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><ul><li>The chance to work directly with experienced industry leaders in a fast-paced start-up environment.
