As a Field Sales Representative, you will sell our comprehensive range of Home Comfort solutions through door-to-door sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company and showcase your exceptional sales skills while enjoying uncapped earning potential.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in door-to-door sales or field sales, preferably in home improvement, HVAC, or related industries.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to overcome objections and close sales effectively.</li><li>The self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field sales environment.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><span>High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li><li><span>Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</span></li><li><span>Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.</span></li><li><span>Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.</span></li></ul><p>Note: This is a pure field job, company car and mobile will be provided</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits as per UAE Law:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Annual Leave: 30 working days</span></li><li><span>Sick Leave: Based on Govt issues a medical certificate (as per UAE law)</span></li><li><span>End of Service Gratuity as per UAE law</span></li><li><span>Health Insurance as UAE law</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong></p><p><span>Candidates with two more year of experience in the same field, the salary range will be between AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 as basic salary and 7.5% sales commission upon payment with a target of AED 75,000 before VAT</span></p><p><br></p>
