<p><strong>We are expanding our team.</strong></p><p>We are hiring a Senior Business development Specialist. </p><p>Please read our hiring process carefully before applying:</p><p><br></p><p><em>Step 1: </em>An interview.</p><p><em>Step 2: </em>An Online Psychometric test.</p><p><em>Step 3:</em> Assessment Center.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Upon meeting our hiring criteria in each step, you pass to the next one.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>In case you do not meet our hiring criteria in any of the steps, an apology letter will be sent to you.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>The successful candidate will be the one who meets our company criteria throughout the whole process.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job role as follows: </p><p>1- Support in setting the annual sales strategy and plan in alignment with the strategy, direction of ENGAGE and implement the sales plan to ensure achieving or exceeding the financial target. </p><p>2- Identify potential business opportunities, researching, and analyzing market trends, and creating sales plans to target new clients.</p><p>3- Understand the clients’ needs and preferences to develop the best solution in coordination with the different departments like Marketing, R&D, Training, and Consultancy. </p><p>4- Build and maintain relationship with the clients to ensure achieving satisfaction and repeated business. </p><p>5- Attend the business development meetings with the potential clients to explain and present ENGAGE’s services and solutions to the client to ensure achieving the target. </p><p>6- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices through conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and staying informed about changes in the market.</p><p>7- Share periodic reports with the direct manager regards sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities through presenting data and insights to inform decision-making and ensure that the company is on track to meet its sales and revenue goals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Education: </p><ul><li> Bachelors’ degree. </li><li> Years of experience: 3-4 years experience in the consultancy / training field. </li></ul><p>Required Skills: </p><ul><li> Communication.</li><li> Negotiation.</li><li> Planning and organizing.</li><li> Result oriented. </li><li> Agile. </li><li> Self-learner.</li><li> Excellent English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Having a car is a Plus.</p>
