BIRU aims to promote cultural fusion and diversity, bridging the gap between the Middle Eastern and Peruvian cultures through our unique and sustainable products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As a Business Development Intern at BIRU, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of our brand. You will work closely with the Business Development team, Russian Market Intern, E-commerce and Content Creation Intern, and Assistant to Manager, contributing to various aspects of our business development strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends in the Middle East market.</li><li>Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with designers, artists, and companies to expand our product offerings.</li><li>Coordinate with the Russian Market Intern to introduce our products to potential B2B customers and distributors.</li><li>Collaborate with the E-commerce and Content Creation Intern to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of our products online.</li><li>Support the Assistant to Manager in scheduling and organizing meetings with potential partners, designers, and companies.</li><li>Assist in preparing and sending samples to potential customers and partners in the Middle East.</li><li>Provide administrative support by preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.</li><li>Assist in managing business relationships, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with key stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to the overall business development strategy by providing valuable insights and recommendations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to cater to the needs of our diverse customer base.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong>:</p><p>This is a paid internship position with a compensation of 2000 AED per month.</p><p>Note: This internship is for a duration of 2 months, offering a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in business development within the retail industry.
