<p>AED 17,000 – 20,000 Per Month</p><p><br></p><p>Charterhouse is working with a global brand which provides innovative solutions to the Leisure & Entertainment industry. Our client is growing their operations across the Middle East and is now looking to hire an energetic Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will be heavily geared towards conducting extensive research to identify new potential partnerships and presenting creative business solutions to relevant clients within the assigned markets. As Business Development Manager you will inherit a portfolio of existing key accounts to nurture and maintain, in addition to identifying cross selling opportunities to present to clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is looking for someone who is target and solution driven with a creative flair and ability to influence at all levels. A background in B2B sales is crucial for this role, specifically with strong experience in developing compelling sales proposals and presenting to stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate about sales, energetic and has the ability to manage numerous projects independently, delivering business objectives within tight deadlines. In return extensive training will be provided by the organisation, there will be the opportunity to travel to global offices and an attractive commission scheme is on offer for reaching KPIS and sales targets.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ B2B experience working in a Business Development role with exposure to the UAE and ideally other GCC markets. To be considered candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record in achieving sales targets. There will be regular extensive travel across the GCC, therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to travel when required.</p>
