Job Description
<p>The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with property owners to build new business by signing up properties with our holiday homes company </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify partnership opportunities to grow the company’s property portfolio</li><li>Reach out to property owners and investors </li><li>Recruit Apartments and Villas to be managed under our holiday homes business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must have existing relationships with property owners and investors in Dubai</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in holiday homes in Dubai, preferably in sales or a managerial role </li><li>Must be highly knowledgable of the holiday homes business and industry in Dubai </li><li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</li><li>Focused and goal-oriented</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary + Bonus</strong></p>
