Business Development Manager – Exhibition & Events

<p>We are currently seeking a strong and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>Applicants must have <strong>experience in Exhibition &amp; Events</strong> field, specifically in stand construction &amp; design.</p><ul><li>Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans and sales targets, and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests are attended to.</li><li>The role will involve researching and identifying new business, pitching to new clients and managing accounts, and ensuring their brief is communicated internally to Designers</li><li>Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.</li><li>Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.</li><li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least a Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an Exhibitions company or Agency for events/exhibitions is a must</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Should have a proven track record of selling exhibition stands.</li><li>Speaks fluently and writes clearly in English</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>UAE driving license will be an added advantage</li></ul>
