We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Business Development Manager to work on our Business Development supporting and managing Alnafitha’s – Customer Experience’s solutions portfolio.
Business Development Manager is the ultimate owner for managing and developing a group of solutions/products and related services working closely with all company’s departments to achieve the company’s goals.
The candidate must have in depth experience in business applications domain (CRM / ERP solutions / Low Code Platforms) from related technology leaders like (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Pagesystems, Netsuite) and strong capabilities in developing and maintaining partner relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the relationship with assigned vendors and distributors by acting as single point of contact for business reviews and any partnership’s requirements.
- Develop partnership level and competencies with strategic vendors by guiding internal teams with vendor’s requirements.
- Directly or through a team; manage and supervise any operation process related to the vendor’s agreement that include lead registration, discounts, order placement, incentive, vouchers and rebates management through the announced vendor’s channel or portals.
- Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, competition and technology trends.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators and be able to project our services as the best-in-class.
- Prepare and participate in business plans that contribute to the continues service’s development for assigned workloads.
- Make sure any assigned service or product is well defined by developing and following service catalogue process.
- Monitor business health for assigned workloads by working closely and conducting business reviews with finance, sales, marketing, customer success and services teams to ensure the success of the planned objectives.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Plan for marketing activities and Go-To Market plans that contribute directly or indirectly in demand generation and numeric objectives in cooperation with marketing and other cross functional teams.
- Engage in account planning practices that has customer facing activities with vendors, distributors and sales teams to drive goal attainment in assigned territories.
- Engage directly with sales team in developing the relationship with company’s key accounts by introducing our services as an expert in the assigned workloads.
- In cooperation with customer success teams, make sure existing customers are satisfied and renewals are on track. Plan for Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing customers by identifying new services or enhancement to existing service that contribute to customer’s success and numeric objectives.
- Deliver directly and indirectly product and service training and workshops to increase sales, marketing and service delivery awareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. This may include onboarding for new team members that will engage at any of the mentioned functions.
- Content Creation: Help define new technical and market content such as white papers, technical concept notes, product plans, competitive battle cards, product videos, blog posts, market analyses and any other material that enable/support our customers and other teams in Marketing, Sales and Services departments.
- Direct or through a team; lead technical demonstration: Execute demos for customers and internal sales and marketing team members. Create and document specific alignment between a technology demonstration and a solution vision. Set a high-quality bar for demo curation, execution, and delivery while engaging with a variety of customer roles, both management and technical.
- Direct or through a team; lead customer business value identification and discovery — understand how our services and their unique differentiation can be used within the customer’s existing architecture and business environment.
- Direct or through a team; lead technical workshops, seminars, and engagements with customers who are interested in an in-depth understanding of our solutions and services.
- Direct or through a team; prepare the technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required.
Requirements
Candidate Experience:
- To excel in this position, you will need to:
- Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
- Inbound Certification (Preferred)
- Sales Enablement (Preferred)
- Content Marketing (Preferred)
- Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing or equivalent (preferred)
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in – Business Development or related position.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP solutions, Custom solutions.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, accounting, and HR processes is a must.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital power.
- Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business modeling skills.
- Must be passionate about technology and creating great customer experiences.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment, including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing, sales, services, customer success and finance).
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills
