We are looking for a self-motivated </span><strong>Business Development Manager (Content &amp; Sponsorships)</strong><span> who strives for excellence to support the company’s growth as we continue to pioneer high-profile campaigns in the region.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The Business Development Manager (Content &amp; Sponsorships) will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including private companies, government entities, and key players in the public and private sectors.</p><p><br></p><p>We seek a dynamic candidate with a proven track record in conceptualizing and selling innovative content solutions and sponsorships in the UAE. This individual should possess extensive industry connections and the innate ability to tackle challenges creatively, particularly when working with prominent brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the collaboration process, including the preparation of initial presentations and proposals. This entails coordinating with internal teams, addressing inquiries, and monitoring deliverable delivery.</li><li>Create and promote unique content solutions and packages for our portfolio of esteemed clients. From social media campaigns to large-scale productions, the ideal candidate will have experience working with brands requiring customized solutions to meet their objectives.</li><li>Responsible for developing and pitching creative solutions for client briefs. This role requires expertise in gathering client requirements, crafting innovative proposals, and collaborating closely with graphic designers to bring the proposals to life through exceptional visual execution effectively.</li><li>Develop comprehensive plans and proposals that align with our sponsorship strategies and meet our organization’s campaign and event requirements.</li><li>Engage in facilitating celebrity engagements and activations for our network of distinguished brands and clients and pitching high-profile speakers and influencers for key events and campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and leverage MGA’s value proposition and active programming schedule to develop innovative collaboration ideas for potential corporate partners in the public and private sectors.</li><li>Identify and pursue a wide range of collaboration and commercial opportunities with potential partners.</li><li>Initiate contact with prospective partners and establish strong and enduring relationships with relevant stakeholders within these organizations. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships and networks to leverage.
