The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to execute successful development strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to grow business and expand the company’s reach</li><li>Think critically and make strategic decisions to ensure project success</li><li>Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with potential partners</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of relevant industry experience in business development in Saudi Arabia and UAE </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven track record of executing successful development strategies</li><li>Focused, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>Ability to travel as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our company.
