With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.<p><br></p>We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Advertising who will be responsible for building deep client relationships, through leveraging Bayut | dubizzle’s digital advertising products and technology, combined with performance data that provides actionable insights for our advertiser’s and agency partners, whilst consistently delivering on revenue targets.<p><br></p><strong>In This Role, You Will</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with our brand and direct-response advertising clients to drive adoption of market leading advertising initiatives;</li><li>Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s;</li><li>Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations. Work with cross functional internal teams and vendors to develop and execute on unique customized solutions;</li><li>Identify, drive, up-sell and cross-sell sales opportunities across your managed portfolio and coordinate with our advertising client to drive incremental pipeline revenue.</li><li>Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the accounts assigned</li><li>Utilize internal CRM tools to drive revenue growth, retention and track performance of managed Clients;</li><li>Leverage campaign performance and market data to ensure client’s KPI’s are achieved and provide insights which drive their strategy forward.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience working directly with top-tier media agencies and/or direct advertisers.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience across digital, including traditional display, mobile and programmatic.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written &amp; verbal) at all levels of an organization and / or at external speaker events.</li><li>Ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand</li><li>and performance marketing solutions.</li><li>Experience working effectively with ad operations teams and other cross functional teams such as product, marketing and finance.</li><li>Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.</li><li>Natural desire to provide exceptional levels of service quality and deliver campaigns that exceed clients’ expectations;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Strong consultative sales and solid analytical skills.</li><li>A focus on client service.</li><li>Experience positively influencing others both internally and externally.</li><li>Ability to educate clients on new advertising products and best practices.</li><li>To drive product adoption and performance based upon client’s needs.</li><li>Understanding of the advertising technology that powers and drives these solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A fast paced, high performing team.</li><li>Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities</li><li>Competitive Tax-free Salary</li><li>Comprehensive Health insurance</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance</li><li>Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates</li><li>Rewards &amp; Recognitions</li><li>Learning &amp; Development</li></ul><p><br></p>Bayut &amp; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
