<p><strong>JOB PROFILE</strong></p><p>We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for growing and expanding the presence of our accounting, audit and advisory services practice firm in Dubai. </p><p>Bachelor’s degree/MBA is preferred. The candidate is expected to have had at least 3 years of sales experience in UAE and proven track record of sales growth. Candidate with UAE driving license would be preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job duties &amp; responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>To bring in prospective clients by existing networks, company sources, networking, and through other appropriate channels</li><li>To research industry news, events and publications and keep track of announcements.</li><li>To represent the company in certain forums, business councils or industry groups.</li><li>To meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the company’s network. </li><li>To research and build a good rapport and long term relationship with old and new clients. </li><li>Identify sales prospects and set up and attend meetings.</li><li>To plan approaches and pitches that needs to be put forward to prospective clients.</li><li>To work with the team to develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. </li><li>To handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. </li><li>To attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. </li><li>To identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. </li><li>To submit weekly reports.</li><li>To perform cold calls to ensure the tapping of a pipeline of opportunities. </li><li>To actively use social media to promote the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><p>Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.</p>
