<p>We are looking for someone with prior experience in global trading of sesame seeds & sesame products β Tahini/ Sesame oil with long standing relationships in Markets like Europe, China, USA & Middle East. The candidate should be well versed in Global Sesame Market and has also handled the sesame processed products as a Trader or Business Manager. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop Wilmington Foodsβs market penetration into the Middle Eastern, U.S., & European regions.</li><li>The incumbent will be responsible for developing and capturing new markets, customers and businesses that returns value to the business and growers.</li><li>Planning, marketing, and selling core, sesame seeds – tahini products through managing international sales/customers for both branded and private label.</li><li>Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned target markets while executing sales efforts that are strategic, organized and effective.</li><li>Successfully increasing revenue, profitability, and sales growth in a highly competitive marketplace as well as precisely delivered long term rebranding directions.</li><li>Building collaborative rapport & cordial professional relationship with Sesame/Tahini retailers, specialist wholesalers, distributors partner across the assigned markets.</li><li>Work directly with wholesale account and distributors while identifying and pursuing new markets and customers.</li><li>Maintain technical knowledge of the sesame seeds & tahini products being sold as well as understanding the market and customer needs.</li><li>The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in negotiating sales contracts that support trading activities within the region.</li><li>Delivering quarterly and annual goals for the Middle Eastern, American & European markets within an assigned territory.</li><li>Providing weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts for territory as well as detailed plans to enhance pipeline.</li><li>A very sound person in logistics / exports and warehouse operations to take it forward and can work independently.</li><li>Initiating plant follow up for product feasibility, production schedules and quality related documentation.</li><li>Flexible to travel to close business, have the capabilities to follow up for full and final settlement of payment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Desired Candidate Profile:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of international sales experience/exposure of selling agricultural commodities, preferably in the grains & oilseeds industry, in both domestic and international markets.</li><li>Preference to candidates with market exposure in sesame seeds, tahini, sesame oil & related commodities.</li><li>Independent trade and business relationships are important</li><li>Developing exports markets & also Imports and sales in the region.</li><li>Understanding of Indian and International trends, tracking of markets, searching new markets for business development and expansion.</li><li>Global Exposure</li><li>Well versed with Trade Terminology.</li><li>Market Intelligence</li><li>Negotiation Skills</li><li>Contribute a better translation.</li><li>Should be open for Hamriyah, Sharjah location in U.A.E</li></ul><p></p>
