<p>The ideal candidate will lead our newly established Egypt expansion (SHANSHAL CHOCOLATE EGYPT), on the backbone of our up and running businesses in Lebanon and UAE. Looking for a well rounded manager that can spearhead both our manufacturing and commercial agenda across Egypt and export markets. This candidate will be strategic yet hands on, able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute any strategy.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop our overall business strategy, in alignment with the brand and group aspirations </li><li>Execute our growth plans with the current and expanding team</li><li><span>Run the day to day operation cycle of the business</span></li><li>Lead the overall commercial agenda</li><li>Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>&gt;10 years’ prior industry related business development experience</li><li>Retail sales experience is a must</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in Arabic and English)</li><li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</li><li>Focused and goal-oriented</li></ul>
