The team of over 200 staff includes domain specialists, operations experts, data scientists, solution architects, software developers, engineers and data analysts from different countries – all committed to delivering impact.<br><br> <br><br>Presight is an operating company of G42, UAE’s leading AI and Cloud Computing company that champions AI as drivers that power progress, propelled by the combination of exceptional people and technology. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>As a <strong>Manager – Business Development (Finance),</strong> you will be responsible for implementing go-to-market sales and business development strategies in close coordination with the Senior Director- Business Development at Presight. Playing a critical role in helping the team achieve our customer acquisition and revenue goals related to finance/banking sector, you will work directly with our growing Business Development team to expand the Presight footprint.<br><br><strong>Functional<br></strong><ul><li>Align with Business Development leadership on the set of assigned accounts</li><li>Oversee the contractual agreements with client entities</li><li>Plan and oversee the execution of demand generation activities and early identification of opportunities in the assigned accounts</li><li>Find, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities at Presight’s strategic accounts, seeking growth that builds upon or expands beyond where we are today</li><li>Ensure proper handover of the won opportunities contracted to the delivery teams</li><li>Penetrate and build an active customer base in the set of assigned accounts</li><li>Write and manage proposals in collaboration with multiple internal teams to showcase our products to proposal evaluators, customer leadership, and other audiences.</li><li>Help in identifying product and service gaps within the product portfolio based on market feedback</li><li>Accountable for Sales Forecasts and end to end opportunity management for the assigned set of accounts</li><li>Maintain and update annual account plan for the assigned accounts</li><li>Close integration with the Ecosystems partner team to fortify the offerings and delivery capabilities as seen by the market</li><li>Provide inputs to marketing on the needed marketing activities for the assigned accounts</li><li>Provide timely feedback to the management on the progress of the work and any movement in the market landscape</li><li>Provide intelligence to the Business Development leadership on competition moves</li><li>Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers.</li><li>Maintain a strong lead funnel of large and enterprise customers, pitch offerings to CXOs and crack deals with as partner of choice to receive global payments and Check-Out options.</li><li>Explore new business segments and define GTM for the same.</li><li>Generate and achieve monthly region/segment forecasts and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business</li><li>Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent in industry forums to drive awareness</li><li>Create & articulate compelling value propositions for services in coordination with the marketing team.</li><li>Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met</li><li>Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders</li><li>Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related Presight Policies and Procedures</li><li>Comply with Presight Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings</li><li>Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through Presight established incident reporting channels</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per Presight Policies and Procedures</li><li>In coordination with Presight leadership, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company’s presence in a current customer account, focused on a single or very limited number of customers</li><li>Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with Presight counterparts to determine goals and targets<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Attributes For Success<br><br></strong>Your performance metrics would include cost of lead generation, revenue through new customers, average sales cycle length, number of leads generated, customer retention rate and customer & employee NPS.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Skills and attributes for success<br><br></strong>Your performance metrics would include cost of lead generation, revenue through new customers, average sales cycle length, number of leads generated, customer retention rate and customer & employee NPS.<br><br><strong>To qualify, you must have<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business operations, Information Technology or equivalent field<br><br>Atleast 7+ years of UAE experience of Sales in a Technology organisation specifically targetting financial sector<br><br><strong>Ideally, you’ll also need<br><br></strong>Excellent language skills in Arabic/Hindi AND English<br><br>In-depth domain knowledge of AI technology<br><br>Excellent communication skills<br><br>Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills<br><br><strong>This role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi.<br><br></strong><strong>What we look for:<br><br></strong>If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
