Your primary objective will be to promote our comprehensive range of home healthcare services, including home nursing care, babysitting services, doctor on call services, IV therapy, and lab tests at home. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. <strong>This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai/UAE healthcare market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in business development.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Partnership Development:</p><p> - Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, schools, pharmacies, and hotels to drive referrals and promote our home healthcare services.</p><p> - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and understand their requirements and preferences.</p><p> - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.</p><p> - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of partnership agreements.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Referral Generation:</p><p> - Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from partner organizations, maximizing the potential for business growth.</p><p> - Educate and train partner staff on our services, ensuring they are well-informed and capable of referring patients or customers to us.</p><p> - Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for partner organizations.</p><p> - Track and analyze referral metrics, providing regular reports to management and identifying opportunities for optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Market Expansion:</p><p> - Identify new opportunities and target segments to expand our customer base within the Dubai/UAE market.</p><p> - Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, including schools, hotels, and other potential channels for home healthcare services.</p><p> - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts in the UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Relationship Management:</p><p> - Build and nurture strong relationships with partner organizations, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.</p><p> - Conduct regular check-ins, address concerns promptly, and provide support as needed.</p><p> - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to referred clients.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Networking and Events:</p><p> - Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish new connections in the Dubai healthcare landscape.</p><p> - Participate actively in community events and forums to raise awareness of our services and forge relationships with potential partners.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. A master’s degree is desirable.</p><p>路 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry, preferably in the Dubai/UAE market.</p><p>路 In-depth knowledge of the Dubai healthcare industry, including familiarity with home nursing care, babysitting services, doctor on call services, IV therapy, and lab tests at home. Previous experience with other home healthcare companies in the UAE is a plus.</p><p>路 Strong network and existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, schools, pharmacies, and hotels in Dubai/UAE.</p><p>路 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p><p>路 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.</p><p>路 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.</p><p>路 Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.</p><p>路 Willingness to travel within the UAE and attend events as required.</p><p>路 Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.</p>
