Job Description
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated WPS Payroll Card Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the WPS card industry, as well as experience in business development and sales.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify partnership opportunities</li><li>Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand</li><li>Maintain existing business</li><li>Think critically when planning to assure project success</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in business or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, with a focus on WPS Payroll cards.</li><li>Strong understanding of the prepaid card industry and market trends</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets</li></ul>
