By joining our team as a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our business development efforts and expanding our reach to make a meaningful impact on reducing food waste.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>The BDM is responsible for executing the business development strategy and acquiring new customers in the territory. The BDM’s success is measured by the number of new customers acquired and the amount of revenue generated. The BDM must also be able to manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Execute a strategic plan to acquire customers and achieve revenue targets.</span></li><li><span>Identify, contact & meet potential customers, sign agreements, enroll them as Barakah customers.</span></li><li><span>Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and meetings.</span></li><li><span>Achieve & exceed monthly targets within the assigned territory.</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.</span></li><li><span>Understand customers’ business needs and objectives; identify roadblocks that prevent potential customers to enroll with Barakah in Saudi Arabia and implement strategies to overcome such road blocks.</span></li><li><span>Ensure KPIs are achieved.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in Saudi Arabia.</span></li><li><span>Saudi citizen.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.</span></li><li><span>Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of executing successful sales strategies.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrable experience as business development manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.</span></li><li><span>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic and English.</span></li><li><span>Availability of a car, a mobile phone and a computer.</span></li></ul>
