<p><strong>What is the opportunity?</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Manager based in the UAE to identify and acquire B2B customers who want to implement Re:Set’s workplace wellness offerings in their organizations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The candidate will be responsible for generating interest, pitching and onboarding clients across relevant industries and set the company’s revenue growth strategy. The BDM will report directly to the founder.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li><span>You’re passionate about our mission to destigmatize mental health and provide credible and inclusive well-being resources and offerings</span></li><li><span>You have a strong network across the UAE and can generate high quality leads and turn them into clients</span></li><li><span>You have a proven track record of scaling an organization’s revenue models</span></li><li><span>You have previously worked in an autonomous environment and can manage your day with little supervision</span></li><li><span>You have experience in the B2B enterprise product and services segment</span></li><li><span>You have strong interpersonal skills which allow you to build and retain partnerships with clients</span></li><li><span>Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in building and growing sales and revenue for an organization</span></li><li><span>You are ethical, amiable and can convince others to believe in our mission</span></li><li><span>You are consistent and aren’t afraid to try new things</span></li><li><span>A healthcare background is preferred.</span></li><li><span>Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span>Outreaching and building relationships with prospective clients and converting them into sales</span></li><li><span>Create sales and business development strategies and implement them for revenue and new lead generations</span></li><li><span>Establish and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and pipeline</span></li><li><span>Developing ideal customer profiles and owning client relationships&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Create and develop bespoke and competitive proposals for prospective and existing clients to drive revenue and sales</span></li><li><span>Researching and staying up to date on market trends and products and working on business and sales strategies accordingly</span></li><li><span>Proficient in HubSpot, SalesForce, Apollo and other CRM tools&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT:</strong></p><p><span>Re:Set is an online mental health platform that provides organizations with access to personalized, inclusive and actionable well-being services for their employees.
