We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our Business Development in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><ul><li>Develop a pipeline in assigned accounts across North, West, East and Central African countries.</li><li>Provide strategic consulting support including business plan and sales strategy development.</li><li>Manage the entire presales & sales process of complex and long sales cycles.</li><li>Participate in and contribute to strategy, planning, marketing, positioning and selling of the software suite (investigation, qualification, exploring across assigned accounts.</li><li>Focus on generating new business, play an integral role in new business pitches and be responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.</li><li>Contribute to preparing RFP responses, client presentations and proposals etc.</li><li>Develop business plan and “Go to Market” strategy including planning for marketing events and related budgets.</li><li>Prepare reports and updates on sales pipeline and forecasts.</li><li>Provide account management support as needed and liaise with Portfolio Directors to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure CRM is regularly updated with latest client developments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Degree business administration, marketing, engineering, or equivalent from a leading university.</li><li>5+ years of experience in sales with a software developer, preferably within the fintech sector.</li><li>Experience with long complex sales cycles.</li><li>International market sales experience, specifically in Africa, is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of all aspects of client relationship & account management.</li><li>Proficient in drafting business plans and sales forecasts.</li><li>Client-focused mindset.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills and mastery of relevant sales techniques.</li><li>Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills.
