<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will drive business growth across Morocco while maintaining and deepening existing business relationships. Reporting to the Vice President of Transformation will involve team management, account planning, and executing go-to-market strategies. This role seeks to align customer acquisition imperatives with the organization’s strategic objectives and financial targets.</p><p><br></p><p>What you will do</p><ul><li>Recruit and nurture customers, prospects and partners to explore and uncover business opportunities.</li><li>Win business deals by coordinating buyers’ journeys, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.</li><li>Work with technical teams to promptly oversee and develop proposals and responses to customer RFPs or requests.</li><li>Collaborate with the Global Transformation team on evaluating potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, size, and scope, including aligning engagement playbook with business priorities.</li><li>Keep abreast of relevant RFPs and ensure knowledge of pertinent public sector activities and specific accounts.</li><li>Facilitate cold/warm phone calls to potential clients to set up meetings to explore opportunities.</li><li>Visit clients to warm up business relationships. Identify and locate new business opportunities and diligently drive all opportunities and leads towards wins.</li><li>Supervise and oversee the account management function, meetings, and executive reporting.</li><li>Profile and analyse competitors’ landscape. Develop countermeasures/proposals that place the organisation as the preferred provider for potential business.</li><li>Collaborate with the Global Transformation team to develop market research and prepare appropriate response strategies.</li><li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.</li><li>Display an effective and productive management style&nbsp;</li><li>Any other responsibilities as may be designated by the management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Cross-functional influence capabilities</li><li>Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Engineering, Technical, Business/Administration, MBA, Management, Science, Business/Management</li><li>Communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, creativity and innovation, and customer focus</li><li>Decisiveness and Judgment, results-oriented, problem-solving and analysis, relationship building</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Condition</strong></p><ul><li>Work across time zones and culture boundaries&nbsp;</li><li>Use of computer for more extended hours</li><li>Daily demand for innovation and creativity</li><li>Constant need to unlearn, learn and relearn</li><li>Require taking certification exams</li></ul>
