We specialize in the Real Estate industry and are currently expanding into other industries.</p><p><br></p><p>Invespy by PIXL is a AI platform that enables the Developers to connect with thousands of channel partners across the globe including real estate companies, wealth managers, investment bankers, financial advisors etc to sell their primary stock. The platform will also help the channel to get more stock to sell from the hand-picked developers in order to strengthen their portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> will be responsible for managing the prospecting and onboard new channel partners to the current partnerships with Invespy by Pixl. Channel partners include Real Estate companies, wealth management companies, and other funds, locally and internationally. The objective is to remain on top of the mind of the channel partners, training & maintaining relationships and selling real estate through the channel partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Engage with the partners and push them to close more stock from the available inventory with Invespy.</li><li>Manage the pipeline on the CRM system and keep it updated.</li><li>Create a network of channel partners or Real Estate Companies to empanel with Invespy by Pixl.</li><li>Engage with the partners onboarded and train them on the new developers; projects and stock</li><li>Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales </li><li>Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, and social selling to clients within the assigned territory</li><li>Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.</li><li>Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits to each</li><li>Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects</li><li>Draft and deliver proposals</li><li>Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report)</li><li>Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow-up)</li><li>Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace</li><li>Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What are we looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates should have experience in the real estate industry, brokers, developers sales etc. </li><li>Energetic and assertive with a strong presence</li><li>Good understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and worldwide to provide insights to the team.</li><li>Should be a team player and understand how to work within a team to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business</li><li>Articulate and well-versed in making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients</li><li>Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that deadlines are met</li><li>Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations</li><li>Result orientated with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Company’s overall targets</li><li>Good analytical skills to understand clients’ business needs and provide adequate marketing solutions</li></ul><p><br></p>
