Black and Grey HR is hiring for a leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Trader Of Building Materials in Dubai, UAE. Our Client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager who can create and implement business development plans that will help the organization reach its goals. The ideal applicant will be in charge of seeking out new business prospects via networking, recommendations, and other means. Additionally, the business development manager will establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, work with the design and production teams to meet customer needs, conduct market research, create and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, attend industry events, and continually assess the efficacy of business development strategies.<br><ul><li> Construct and implement business growth strategies to meet organizational goals.</li><li> Seek for and seize fresh business prospects via networking, recommendations, and other means.</li><li> Establish and maintain connections with current and prospective customers.</li><li> Work together with the design and production teams to meet the needs of the client.</li><li> Conduct market research to find fresh prospects and keep abreast of business trends.</li><li> Client and stakeholder presentations and proposals should be prepared and delivered.</li><li> Close sales deals and contract negotiations.</li><li> Maintain accurate and current reports and records for business development.</li><li> Represent the company and promote its goods and services by attending trade shows and conferences.</li><li> Continually assess the performance of business development plans and make appropriate adjustments.<br></li></ul>Requirements- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.<br><ul><li> Proven experience in business development, preferably in the interior fitout industry.</li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office<br></li></ul>Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br><br>
