As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving new business revenue, and expanding a client base.<p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li> A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the finance or alternative investment industry</li><li> Proven track record of success in outbound phone sales</li><li> Keen to undertake industry qualifications such as CFA or equivalent</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li> Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate new business revenue</li><li> Identify and target new business prospects through outbound phone sales efforts</li><li> Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients</li><li> Work closely with our Investment Managers</li><li> Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies<br></li></ul><p><br></p>We offer a competitive package and benefits, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our expanding firm.
