We are internally a team of 300+ employees with much growth planned ahead.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Objective:</u></p><p>We are currently seeking highly motivated and results driven B2B Sales Hunters to join our teams in the UAE. As a Sales Hunter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the B2B sector. You will be targeting potential clients who require outsourcing services and are looking to optimize their business operations.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li><u>Prospect and generate leads:</u> Conduct research and identify potential clients in the B2B market who could benefit from outsourcing services. Use various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms to generate leads.</li><li><u>Qualify leads:</u> Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Assess whether our outsourcing solutions align with their requirements and qualify them as potential opportunities.</li><li><u>Develop and deliver compelling pitches: </u>Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our outsourcing services. Tailor your pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.</li><li><u>Build and maintain relationships:</u> Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Stay connected with clients throughout the sales process, addressing their concerns, providing relevant information, and nurturing their interest in our services.</li><li><u>Negotiate contracts and close deals:</u> Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop competitive pricing strategies and contractual agreements. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and achieve sales targets.</li><li><u>Stay updated on industry trends:</u> Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Use this knowledge to position our outsourcing services effectively and differentiate ourselves from the competition.</li><li><u>Meet sales targets:</u> Take ownership of your sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor your performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the outsourcing industry or related fields.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage leads.</li><li>Knowledge of outsourcing services and an understanding of the benefits they provide to businesses.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.</li><li>Bilingual or Native English speakers are preferred but not necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary, commission structure, amazing learning opportunities at world class institutions like Harvard, Kellogg, INSEAD plus other attractive benefits.
