Job brief

Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand their clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Self-generating and creating leads and setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Absolute ability to present and showcase the design studio, the fit out division and the
  • joinery and furniture factories to leverage the best deals.
  • Ability to bring in design briefs from clients – present the same in clear communication
  • and written format to the design & estimation teams. .
  • Servicing leads generated by the Studio in a professional & timely manner.
  • Daily update on the CRM on activities carried out and leads / progress on leads.
  • Specific to residential and commercial
  • Focusing on connecting with contact spheres for residential projects ( RE agents,Property managers, Holiday home agents, Mortgage Consultants)
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a
  • relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
