<p><strong><u>Business Development Manager – Travel Insurance</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>A well-established insurance company in UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality. Successful candidates will get up daily, prospecting new business for alternative distribution and growing company revenue streams.</li><li>Proven skill at generating leads through cold calling, emailing, researching, and networking.</li><li>Collect and evaluates potential sales opportunities. The right candidate knows how to determine the probability of a lead showing interest in the product or service.</li><li>Important part of the role is to close a deal before transferring the account to the assigned customer relation manager.</li><li>Keep the CRM system accurate and relevant to measure and follow up on the quantity and quality of the sales activity.</li><li>To maintain relations and grow the revenue with existing clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Attributes/Experience:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Good comprehension of consumer insurance products</li><li>Meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Ability to be creative, think through commercial challenges and make recommendations/execute.</li><li>Hunger, energy, motivation by numbers and success.</li><li>Team player, selfish in delivering his/her own numbers, while being an active team member and contributing to the overall success of others and therefore the business.</li><li>“People person”, ability to quickly build relationships.</li><li>Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Delivers and executes in a controlled way.</li><li>“Gets” technology and understands the value of its use to drive distribution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree is required.</li><li><strong>3-5years of B2B Experience from the following Industry – Travel, Airlines, GDS, OTA.</strong></li><li>UAE Driving License</li><li>Good Command in English</li></ul>
