The Business Development Manager, will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. He will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies and initiatives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customers, and partnerships. Assess the feasibility and potential profitability of new ventures and partnerships.
β€’ Develop and implement business development strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve company objectives. Set ambitious targets for revenue growth and customer acquisition and develop strategies to accomplish them.
β€’ Build strategic partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, including suppliers, distributors, and potential collaborators. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
β€’ Lead the sales process: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
β€’ Cultivate and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture relationships with new and potential clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
β€’ Monitor market trends and competitive landscape: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities. Use this information to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
β€’ Marketing & Product Development: Align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
β€’ Track and analyse performance: Monitor and analyse business development metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
