Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy/sales pipeline focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
• Initiate meetings with new potential clients through cold calls
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Constant follow-up with clients for agreement closure, payments and way-forwards
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
• Prepare sales contracts on basis of client’s final requirement and scope of work
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
