Business Development Manager Spices/Edible Oil/Tea

  • Planned, organiz and manage the sales team to achieve the required sales target.
  • Leading sales team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
  • Calculate the sales forecast of the existing & newly launched product.
  • Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring annual and monthly sales for the brand & Customers.
  • Training the Team with New Product Launch strategy and information which will help to increase their ability for half/full year achievement.
  • Cross-section Channel Management, which includes Hotels, Bakeries, Deli, Palace Supplies, QSR’s, Airline Catering and other Catering Companies.
  • Monthly forecast meetings with Business Unit Managers.
  • Participating in major Tenders and Negotiations.
  • Meeting Principals for discussions related to Foods Service.

Skills

Experienced with Edible Oil / Bakery Fats-Ghee / Canned Foods/ Breakfast Cereals / Spices / Tea / Tetra Pack Juices etc.
