Business Development Manager Spices/Edible Oil/Tea
- Planned, organiz and manage the sales team to achieve the required sales target.
- Leading sales team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
- Calculate the sales forecast of the existing & newly launched product.
- Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring annual and monthly sales for the brand & Customers.
- Training the Team with New Product Launch strategy and information which will help to increase their ability for half/full year achievement.
- Cross-section Channel Management, which includes Hotels, Bakeries, Deli, Palace Supplies, QSRβs, Airline Catering and other Catering Companies.
- Monthly forecast meetings with Business Unit Managers.
- Participating in major Tenders and Negotiations.
- Meeting Principals for discussions related to Foods Service.
Skills
Experienced with Edible Oil / Bakery Fats-Ghee / Canned Foods/ Breakfast Cereals / Spices / Tea / Tetra Pack Juices etc.
