<p>Brief: A Leading company in mobility solutions is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help in expanding the company business in Saudi market. </p><p>The right candidate will be the front of the company in the local market and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. </p><p>The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients. </p><p><br></p><p>Position: Business Development Manager </p><p>Reporting to: Regional Director </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 2. Conduct research to identify new verticals in the markets and capture customer needs </p><p>3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients </p><p>4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives </p><p>5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to local law-established rules and guidelines </p><p>6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. </p><p>7. Prepare annual and quarterly business plan, sales report… </p><p>8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support </p><p>9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers </p><p>10. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople</p><p>11. Lead a team of sales and technical support personal, showing effective and utilized plan for team management </p><p><br></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>1. Proven working experience for at least 5 years as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. </p><p>2. Proven sales track record </p><p>3. Experience in customer support is a plus </p><p>4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) </p><p>5. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must </p><p>6. Proven knowledge in Saudi market, mobility domain is a plus </p><p>7. Communication and negotiation skills </p><p>8. Ability to build customer relation </p><p>9. Time management and planning skills </p><p>10. Team leadership personality 11. BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field</p><p></p>
