Through our customer-centric, vendor-agnostic approach and comprehensive suite of IT services offerings including Data Centre and Contact Centre outsourcing solutions, we are enabling large enterprises and government entities to realise the benefits of the cloud by simplifying the complexity of cloud and accelerating its adoption.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Website</p><p>https://www.eandenterprise.com</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Role: Business Development Manager (Hunter)</p><p><br></p><p>Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Create an attack GTM strategy to build and nurture a high value quality Funnel</li><li>Nurture and follow up on warm leads (input from lead generation + Target account mapping)</li><li>Build and manage a sales pipeline cycle</li><li>Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle</li><li>Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach</li><li>Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and develop selling strategies.</li><li>Prepare formal proposals and present to decision makers within customer organizations while managing all steps of the selling process.</li><li>Navigate complex decision-making processes to identify and overcome objections.</li><li>Delivering onsite presentations to prospects to customers.</li><li>Close complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly/quarter targets</li><li>Track and manage opportunities in CRM following standard internal sales process and cadence</li><li>Articulate engageX value proposition</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.</li><li>Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by engageX</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and be a team leader in target accounts and internal stakeholders</li><li>Accurate business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development) is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Knowledge, Experience &amp; Competencies</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales in technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP)</li><li>Excellent sales and presentation skills via face to face, phone, email and web-conference</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business</li><li>Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience</li><li>Experience with CRM systems as end user</li><li>Local regional Industry experience</li><li>Outside/field SaaS selling experience</li><li>Boardroom presentation experience</li><li>Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Internal drive and competitiveness</li><li>Proven track record of obtaining / exceeding sales quota</li><li>Strong persuasive abilities, negotiating skills &amp; a strong closer.</li><li>/Self-starter with excellent time management and business sales skills.</li><li>College degree (BA/BS) + MBA is required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Desired Skills:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge and understanding of CPaaS (Communication platforms as a service)</li><li>Cloud services; VoIP , A2P messaging, Generative AI,</li><li>Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We <em>welcome and thank</em> all applicants for their interest in joining e&amp; enterprise cloud.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Regards,</p><p>e&amp; enterprise cloud- Recruitment.</p>
