We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

3. Contact all leads and follow up on the leads. 

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

5. Participate on behalf of the company in networking events or exhibitions. 

6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 

8. Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Skills: 

1. 3+ years of sales experience.

2. Excellent customer service and sales skills.

3. Strong verbal and written communicator.

4. Excellent phone and presentation skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

6. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

 Requirements:

1. Sponsored visa

2. Knowledge of IT or Digital Marketing 

2. Arabic speaking is an added advantage 

3. Driving license is an added advantage
