The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with government companies, departments, and organizations in the UAE and KSA, specifically focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, excellent networking and collaboration skills with government/public sector and a strong understanding of the sales process</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities with government companies, departments, and organizations in the UAE and KSA, specifically focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies.</p><p>• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the government sector.</p><p>•Leverage the government and public sector network to open strategic and tactical opportunities in digital transformation and advanced emerging technologies.</p><p>• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.</p><p>• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</p><p>• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.</p><p>• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.</p><p>• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape in the digital transformation and emerging technologies space.</p><p>• Expand client base across corporate and government sector.</p><p>• Develop strong and sustainable pipeline and focus to boost sales and drive financial growth.</p><p>•Establish strong relationships with clients and partners and map it to quarterly business planning and sales projections.</p><p>• Develop quarterly plan to achieve pipeline target.</p><p>• Revenue forecast in line with targeted budgets and mapping to regular/ weekly client meetings – KPI to indicate outcomes and revenues.</p><p>• Goal Setting and developing plans for business and revenue growth</p><p>• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives</p><p>• Researching prospective accounts in target markets, pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</p><p><span>•Proficiency in English as first language. Efficiency in Arabic is a must.</span></p><p>•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.</p><p>•Experience working with government companies, departments, or organizations in the UAE and KSA.</p><p>•Strong negotiation and communication skills.</p><p>•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>•Self-motivated with a positive attitude.</p><p>•Strong attention to detail.</p><p>•Ability to travel as required.</p><p>•Mandatory Experience in Emerging Technologies such as digital transformation, AI, ML, AR, VR, XR, MR, Metaverse, Digital Twins, Identity Management, e-Governance.</p><p>•Existing strong contacts within Government entities and MNCs</p><p>•Strong sales track record</p><p>•Experience in building and growing sales with previous experience of winning new business</p><p>•Demonstrate ability to build and maintain senior level relationships with clients and partners</p><p>•Goal oriented, driven individual as well as team player</p><p>• Strong communication skills – articulate, polished and professional. </p><p>• Compelling presentation skills – confident and convincing.</p><p>•Organisational skills – comfortable juggling numerous clients, full calendar of meetings, adherence to deadlines.
